World Laughter Day takes place on Sunday 1st May 2016 and around the UK Laughter Yoga Leaders and Teachers are busy planning and co-ordinating the event. Soon the Google Map will be full of events.
The Laughter Club International (UK) has celebrated World Laughter Day in St. Albans since May 2006 but in 2015 we celebrate our 11th World Laughter Day by the foot of Angel of the North in Gateshead.
The celebration of World Laughter Day is a positive manifestation for World Peace and it builds up a global consciousness of brotherhood and friendship through laughter.
Practicing Laughter Yoga makes the body release ‘Feel Good’ hormones into the bloodstream related to feelings of happiness, love, bonding, tolerance, generosity, and compassion.
